The Tahoe Rim Trail Association is an equal-opportunity employer. The Tahoe Rim Trail Association believes that time spent outdoors has the power to bring people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures together and that time in nature is essential for everyone’s physical and mental health. As we work to address barriers to accessing the outdoors, we are committed to celebrating and growing the diversity of outdoor enthusiasts and our organization. We value diversity and the skills, knowledge, and experience that difference brings to our organization. We encourage applications from people with disabilities, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, mature age workers, and LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC people.
