Expert guides from the Tahoe Rim Trail Association will be there to give you advice, tips and answer all your questions, to help you tackle the TRT.

Have you ever wondered how Lake Tahoe was formed, why there are so many alpine lakes around here, or what all those strange rock formations are? Dave Schnake, a Tahoe Rim Trail Association Board Member and Crew Leader, and trained geologist and geochemist, will be at the El Dorado County Library in South Lake Tahoe on Tuesday, April 25, from 6-8pm to give you the low down on Tahoe geology, answer all your hard questions, and maybe even tell you about those weird rocks.
